Delivery/Shipping Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, who aim to deliver within 3 working days. Special UK next day delivery will be via courier. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated on the total weight of your order and then applied at the checkout. Free shipping on selected items is only available when purchased through the website. We will notify you when your order has been despatched, and if goods cannot be despatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and offer the choice of continuing, cancelling or part-shipping the order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us. Any damages should be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns/Refunds/Exchange In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the items that you receive, you can return them to us (at your cost) in their original condition, unopened with seals intact and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt, and receive a replacement product or a full refund. Please contact us to notify us of the return first, stating your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange. We will aim to respond to your order return/exchange request within 24 hours. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the items.
