Cancellations Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are untitled to cancel your order, without reason within 7 days of receipt of your order. To cancel your order, please contact us, stating your name, address and order number. We will aim to respond to your order cancellation request within 24 hours. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened with seals intact and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
